Dog Day in Rossmoor
Hello Rossmoor Dog Lovers! If you don't know by now, The Lions Club is sponsoring, along with Prudential Realty and Bank of Commerce, a fabulous Dog fair on September 25, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The festivities will include a parade, obedient dog contest, and my brilliant idea, a "disobedient dog contest". My dog, Elvis, should be able to ace that one!
There will be lots of vendors, the ARF Mobile, for those folks who want to have a dog, but, alas, don't.
There will be loads of goodies for the pooches.
Jackie has been working feverishly, as the co-chairman, and she guatrantees a perfect day. She is even guaranteeing perfect weather.
So come on down.
If you want any information, call Jackie Gerry at 925 209-5140

Walnut Creek Realtor Actually Answers His Phone
Walnut Creek Realtor Actually Answers His Phone!
Is there something wrong with me? When the phone rings, I answer it. I like talking to people. That's why I got into the Real Estate business, in the first place.
I know alot of my contemoraries like to leave a smarmy little message at the end of the work day: "Thanks for calling, bla, bla, bla." " Your call is important to me, bla, bla, bla." "If you're calling after 7:00, i'll return your call in the morning, bla, bla, bla."
Most of my clients are putting thenselves on the line, by attempting to buy or sell a house. The least I can do is answer their phone calls.
I hate it when someone does it to me; I can't bring myself to do it to others.
I just spent 15 minutes in voicemail hell, Maybe that's why I'm so edgy

Walnut Creek Dog Realtor
If dogs could buy and sell homes, what problems would a Realtor encounter? Would they make difficult clients?
Here's the way we see it......
....."Hey Fido, when are you going to get those tax documents to the lender?" What do you mean, you buried them in the yard, and can't remember where you dug the hole?"
..... "Rover, I know you're looking for a house with a urine smell, but we won't know, unless we go to see it."
....."I know you're a loyal client, but I'm getting tired of throwing the tennis ball to you, already!"
....."Is my paw print a valid signiture?"
....."Our agents, Michael and Jackie Gerry, say that this house is a steal at $100,000, but in DOG MONEY, that's $700,000, and it seems a tad high!"
....."No Spot, you can't pee on the carpet until we close escrow"
In spite of all these perceived problems, a Realtor could not find a more loyal client than a dog. You wouldn't even need an Agency Disclosure; a Canine is a client for life. How many of your clients can you say that about?
UP WITH DOGGIES!
